Sound recording of interview concerning the School for the Deaf and Blind including the political situation, students and their activities, and raising vegetables to supplement the budget. Concerning T.U.S.D., he explains the organizational structure in 1941, changes to segregation policies between 1942 and 1951, political climate and community support, and accomplishments during his tenure as superintendent.
