The Grange or Patrons of Husbandry was a nonpartisan, agrarian order offering to farm families a plan for cooperation in business, happier home lives, more social contacts, and better educational opportunities. The Texas State Grange was organized in 1873. These letters and circulars were issued by A.J. Rose, Master, Texas State Grange.
