The collection appears not to contain any materials relating to Benevides in World War II. There is a newspaper clipping containing a photograph of her and other Flight Officers in Metz; four group photographs with no date or location noted; an invitation to a base handover ceremony in 1967; a semaphore sheet with Benevides name written on the top; 3 desk signs. The remainder of the collection bears no obvious connection to Benevides. The majority of it is Air Force related however. It includes a photograph and programme for National Air Force Day in Rockcliffe in 1964; a photograph taken at the Officers' Mess in Downsview in October 1943; photographs of air force personnel and airplanes including a jet; a Christmas card sent from the 3rd Wing, RCAF Station Zweibrücken; military sports day programs and crest, 1945;and other items.
