Will, 18 Oct. 1712, of Mary De Longuemare, disposing of her property among Floride, Mary, and Alexander, her children by her deceased husband Nicolas De Longuemare; setting free a slave, an Indian woman named Maria, and her two children, Charles and Elizabeth; granting Maria a portion of land and a sum of money for the education of her two children; willing money for the poor of "Pumpkin Hill" Parish; and bequeathing her plantation from her first husband, John Aunon, to the poor of the French Huguenot Church in Charleston, S.C. Will registered 29 Oct. 1712 with seal and signature of Governor Charles Craven; others named include Francis Neterton, executors John Ashby, Benja[min] Simons, and Anthony Boneau, and witnesses John LaPierre, Pierre Dutartre, and Mary Estor Simon.
