This collection consist of items relating to the Edward Gordon Nabell, Jr. and his family. There are correspondence to Mrs. Edward G. Nabell dated 1909, a copy of Tech High's Senior Class of 1919 photograph, a roster of Georgia Tech's Class of 1924, and greeting cards. Also included in the collection is a journal kept by Myrtie Frank Harp regarding her trip to Europe in 1910. Most of the collection are the records of the Atlanta Aircraft Corporation which Nabell worked for in the 1930s.

Edward Gordon Nabell, Jr., nicknamed "Monk," attended Tech High School, Atlanta, Georgia, graduating in 1919. He then attended Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia, graduating in 1924 as a Civil Engineer. As a student at Georgia Tech, he played football and ran track.
