Deeds and leases, 1816-1851.

Mostly deeds and leases for property in Buffalo, Black Rock, Cheektowaga (Erie County), and in the village of LaGrange, in the town of Hanover (Chautauqua County), 1816-1852. The earliest deeds were conveyed by Joseph Ellicott and Jacob S. Otto, attorneys for Wilhem Willink and the Holland Land Company. The latest papers concern Goodell's estate. Includes a plan of Cattaraugus Creek near Lake Erie, 1850, showing the area bounded by Strand, Huron, Niagara, and Seneca Sts., and several receipts concerning Goodell's subscription for construction of the bridge over Cattaraugus Creek, 1851.
