Blueprints, 1945-1959.

The accession includes five drawings and five blueprints. Five drawings dated 1945 and 1959 depict an aquarium and museum building for the Scripps Institution of Oceanography which was never built. These drawings include a plot plan, longitudinal section and plans for the main floor and mezzanine. Five blueprints dated 1957 and 1959 depict proposed alterations in the Scripps Library (constructed 1915). These include a plan for the construction of a mezzanine and mechanical, electrical, heating and ventilation changes.
