The series contains the records of county projects promoted and funded by the Bicentennial Commission of Florida from 1970 to 1977. Among the projects were Leon County's commemoration of the Battle of Natural Bridge; Monroe County's restoration of Key West's Oldest House; and Nassau, Duval, Flagler, and St. Johns Counties' collaboration in recreating the original King's Road, built in 1768.
