The series consists of telephone orders issued to the Peninsular Telephone Company and the Southern Bell Telephone and Telegraph Company by the Railroad and Public Utilities Commission and its predecessor, the Railroad Commission. Included are maps of base rate areas and exchange tariffs, which list rates and regulations.
