Fred L. Howe (1857-1903) was a commercial photographer who practiced in Atlanta from 1895-1903. Howe produced portraits and did work for advertising companies and furniture companies in Atlanta and throughout the South. He was also a photographer for the Atlanta Constitution. The Cotton States and International Exposition was an event that took place in Piedmont Park between September 18-December 31, 1895.
