Adger family correspondence consists of four letters and photocopies and transcripts of the letters. Two letters (1833) from John Bailey Adger at Princeton Seminary and Charleston, S.C. to Elizabeth Keith Shrewsbury concern personal and religious matters and world missionary efforts. A letter (1834) from Elizabeth Keith Shrewsbury Adger at Boston (Mass.) to her sisters concerns family matters and her upcoming departure for Smyrna, Turkey. A letter (1857) from James Adger at Charleston, S.C. to his grandson John B. Adger concerns family matters.
