Diary of Ada M. Warner of Bradford County, Pennsylvania, 1873 January 1-1886 May 13.

For thirteen years, Warner records her daily activities in short entries of one line per day. She notes the weather, her household activities (baking, cleaning, washing, sewing, quilting), farm activities (slaughtering hogs, birth of a calf, haying, picking fruit and nuts), social life (visiting friends and family; attending parties, dances, picnics, school, singing school, church, and lectures on freemasonry and temperance), and going to the Grange and graveyard. She frequently visits the towns and villages of Athens, Bumptown, Rome, South Hill, Towanda, and Ulster, and Waverly, New York. Warner mentions a Christmas tree on 23 December 1876.
