This collection includes a lease, 1928 sales contract, warranty deed, affidavits, tax returns, newspaper clippings, and correspondence pertaining to the sale of 84, 86 Whitehall Street and 111, 113, 115 Hunter Street in Atlanta, Georgia, on October 26, 1928, known as the Davis Property, to the W.T. Grant Realty Corporation. Also included are Oscar S. Davis' University of Georgia mementos including 1884-1894 commencement programs, advertisements for a lecture, 1888 class album, names and officers of his sophomore class, and copies of THE UNIVERSITY REPORTER, July 1887 - June 1888.
