Isaac H. Miller was born in Pennsylvania, in February 1863. He came to Helena, Montana, about 1888 and established a paint shop at 529 East Bridge (State) Street. He operated this house painting business until shortly before he retired to the Odd Fellows Home in 1954. From the description of Isaac H.
