Autograph letter signed from Helen Reeves, London, to Mr. Morley [manuscript], 1915 September 5.

Reeves is delighted at Morley's news and writes that Queen Alexandra is such a dear. She also writes: "Shakespeare to me is one of God's prophets, re-inforced from the other side." Addressed from 179 Knightsbridge.

At the age of sixteen, she was chosen as the future wife of Albert Edward, Prince of Wales, the heir apparent of Queen Victoria; the pair married in 1863.
