Autograph history by William F. Davenport of genuine Shakespeare mulberry tree goblet [manuscript], 1928 August 9.

Also, Thomas Sharp's raffle of objects made from the wood in 1798, copied by Richard Savage, August 18, 1898 and apparently sent to the Rev. James Davenport of Welford Gloucestershire (now Warwickshire), grandson of the winner of the goblet, Dr. James Davenport, vicar of Stratford-upon-Avon. (2) Two letters from the secretary and librarian of Shakespeare's Birthplace, F.C. Wellstood, to Miss Davenport and William F. Davenport, July-August 1928, concerning the genuineness of the mulberry wood cup. Includes his copy of the sworn declaration of Thomas Sharp vouching for the genuineness of his mulberry wood objects, October 14, 1799.
