In the first contemporary art project at the Getty Villa, Jim Dine produced new sculpture and poetry in response to works of art in the Museum's antiquities collection. The video recording documents Dine's conversation with author and art critic Vincent Katz about the creative process behind the new works and the ways in which ancient Greek and Roman art continues to inspire Dine.
