Holograph manuscript of recipes comprised of 22 sewn leaves pasted into a linen cover. 8 other leaves have also been pasted in, presumably at a much later date since some of the leaves are dated 1912 and are in a different hand than the main portion of the manuscript. The label on the front cover indicates the recipes are "from about 1830."
