Copy of the charter of the town of Warwick granted by Henry VIII, on May 5, 1545, constitutions of Archbishop Winchelsea, 1305, an answer of the Lord Chancellor to a suit by several of the inhabitants of the town of Warwick against the Mayor and Burgesses of Warwick on May 25, 1769 and various other notes. Probably collected as precedents for a further suit involving the use of estates by the town officials and the application of derived funds.
