Samuel Ireland (d. 1800) was an engraver and publisher in London, England. He was also a collector of books and prints. In his later years, Ireland's reputation was ruined by his involvement in the forgery of Shakespeare manuscripts produced by his son, William Henry Ireland (1771-1835) James Edward Oglethorpe, 1696-1785, was an English general, philanthropist, and founder of the colony of Georgia in America.
