Moses Greenleaf letters to Daniel Dewey, 1808-1809.

Two autograph letters signed by Greenleaf, addressed to Daniel Dewey, Esq., of Williamstown, Mass. Letter (1808), written from a township (no. 8th range?), and mailed from New Gloucester, Me.; and letter (1809), written from East Andover, Me., and mailed from Gray, Me. Greenleaf was probably surveying land for Daniel Dewey who was a lawyer, judge, legislator, and treasurer (1798-1814), of Williams College.
