Subject files compiled and used by the attorney general's office under Walter Mondale, relating to a wide variety of subjects and issues of interest to the office staff. They include some Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party campaign and political matters, including Mondale's campaign opponents. Some of the files were created by Mondale's predecessor, Miles Lord. Also includes a 1960-1961 newspaper clippings scrapbook, apparently kept by office staff documenting Minnesota's governmental and political issues during the time period, particularly those involving the attorney general.
