Insurance for the bark Martha of Fairhaven, signed by George Howland, Jr., president. An amendment states that it is agreed that the insurance "does not cover loss by capture, damage or detention that may arise in consequence of any difficulties that do now or may hereafter exist with the Mexican Government."
