Adams (Ithaca, N.Y.), re hopes of securing an instructorship; 2 letters, 12 Feb. 1926 and 3 May 1927, to his mother, Annie R. Nungezer, re his affection for Cornell University and his accomodations at Sheldon Court, a residence hall built in the Collegiate Gothic style, and the praise he had received from Prof. Joseph Q. Adams for his graduate thesis: "You've done such a darn good job that I'd like to poison yuo and publish the work as my own"; and manuscript, 23 Jan. 1943, "Literature for Children: A Select Bibliography, compiled by Ed Nungezer."
