Charles Milton Moore is known as C. Milton Moore and C.M. Moore. He was born about 1858 in Illinois. He and his mother came to Olympia, WA about 1877. The circumstances of their migration to Washington are unclear at this time. He was the county auditor for Thurston County in 1893. He married a woman named Fannie and they were divorced in 1908.
