Anderson/Davisson letter (Xerox), 1865.

The collection consists of a letter written by R. C. Anderson, Windsor Court House, 7 May 1865, to Dr. H. C. Davisson. The letter talks of their plans to return South. In an earlier letter Davisson apparently expressed the view that the South was responsible for Lincoln's assasination. Anderson gives his opposing views in this letter.
