Files dealing with the division's activities relating to public employment relations, particularly local and state government employees and teachers and related school employees. The Public Employment Relations Board files (1973-1980) contain findings of fact, conclusions of law, district court orders, and board rulings relating to a variety of bargaining unit determinations. The Bureau of Mediation Services files (1971-1982) are mainly correspondence between the bureau and the attorney general's office relating to the state's educational institutions, including the University of Minnesota. There is also one file regarding the state auditor position.
