Incorporated in 1890 under the state laws of Washington, the company operated a line from Lakeview to Gate City and from Centralia to Ocosta (Wash.), as well as branch lines. Its property was deeded to United Railroads of Washington in 1892, and in turn to NP in 1898. It was stricken from the Washington State records in 1909 for failure to pay annual license fees.
