Helen McMillan papers, undated and 1949-1984.

Papers of Helen McMillan, who served as a Democratic-Farmer-Labor representative of districts 5 and 5A (Austin) in the Minnesota House of Representatives from 1964 to 1974, when she retired. McMillan was active in the Austin League of Women Voters, serving as president of the State League of Women Voters in 1951. She also participated in many civic groups and activities in Austin. McMillan died in 1984.
