Correspondence (undated, 1954-1975) written by Margo Cairns to Betty Bridgman documenting Cairns' efforts to have the corn tassel designated as the national floral emblem of the United States. There is also one folder of correspondence (undated, 1957-1976) between Cairns and Vida Jensen (Mrs. Louis) concerning the project.
