Minutes (1906-1923), historical data (1919), stock records (1907-1909), and accounting records (1907-1909) of a Great Northern subsidiary organized in 1906 to build and operate recreational facilities at Hayden Lake, Idaho. It operated a resort hotel, cabins, and related facilities on 140 acres of land until 1923, when the corporate charter was allowed to lapse. Its capital stock was owned by the Spokane and Inland Empire Railroad Company, another GN subsidiary.

The Rexford, Mont., station of the Great Northern Railway was established in 1903. It was closed in 1972 when the railroad was rerouted due to the flooding of the area behind the Libby Dam.
