Photostatic copies of three documents in French relating to Cadotte's employment as a clerk and trader for the North West Company in the area of Red Lake (Minn.) and on various tributaries of the Red River of the North: a letter (Aug. 18, 1795) from John Gregory of the North West Company to Cadotte (2 p.), and articles of agreement (Sept. 2, 1795, and July 25, 1796) between Cadotte and the company.
