Files of Todd Lefko, executive director for the Minnesota Commission on the Bicentennial of the United States Constitution. The commission was established by judicial order of the state Supreme Court on February 21, 1986, to organize, encourage, and coordinate bicentennial celebration activities; to cooperate and work closely with the national Bicentennial Commission; to plan the official Minnesota commemoration of the Constitution; and to devote special efforts to education programs designed to enhance citizens' understanding of the constitution.
