Financial statements (some in the form of newspaper clippings) and independent audit reports of Minnesota cities. There are separate sub-units for municipal liquor stores and municipal public utilities commissions, 1983-1996; some of these are interfiled with the main series, also. Also included for some years are financial statements for municipal hospitals, library boards, tax increment financing districts, housing and rehabilitation programs, and police and firemen's relief associations.
