The master set of speeches and press conference remarks by Governor Perpich. Most are large-type versions, often with annotations and strikeouts, apparently constituting his speaking texts. There is a separate subset of texts, drafts, speechwriters' memoranda, and miscellaneous background materials for his annual state of the state address, including a considerable file of letters from past or current drug users, solicited for his 1990 state of the state speech.
