The WPA + 35 Exhibition, January 4-30, 1970, presented by the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee was a tribute to the crafts and quality of design which came of the Milwaukee Handicraft Project. Administrative history note: The Department of Music began in 1914, and operated continuously through the State Normal School and the State Teachers' College, the predecessor institutions of UWM.
