This subseries contains notes, photographs, bids, specifications, bills, receipts, certificate of insurance, memorandums, correspondence, clippings, estimates, advertisements, invoices, contracts, postcards, and credit reports pertaining to R. Guastavino Co.'s projects in Massachusetts. The amount of material for projects vary from one item to two full folders. Correspondence is between R. Guastavino Co. and the principals involved in the projects, i.e., contractors, architects, suppliers, etc. Notes and clippings were later added by Prof. George Collins as a result of his research.

For the next 14 years, he established his reputation for fireproof construction and built factories, warehouses, and apartment houses in the Barcelona area.
