The Ellen Hill Scrapbook contains 131 photographs, ephemera, memorabilia, publications, and diary notes relating to a trip taken by Dr. J.G. Hill and his wife, Ellen, along the Yukon River in 1937. Included in the scrapbook are postcards, newsclippings, a collection of Native American legends, letterhead pages from hotels along the route, and copies of a log book. Photographs in the scrapbook document scenes and activities of the trip. The trip was organized by the travel firm of White Pass & Yukon Route.
