The bulk of the collection contains material regarding antisemitism and racial and religious discrimination. Correspondents with Molyneaux include Oscar Cohen of the Anti-defamation League of B'nai B'rith; Murray Friedman of the North Carolina-Virginia Regional Office, Anti-defamation League; and the American Jewish Committee discussing Arab-Jewish and Christian- Jewish relations. Other topics include anti-semitism in the former Soviet Union;various conferences, publications, and commissions; desegregation in the South; and housing discrimination. Accompanying the material on antisemitism are papers regarding public health in the South; eugenic sterilization of the "insane and feebleminded;" athletics at Virginia colleges; and marriage and family issues.
