Aletter to Solomon Henkel comments on religious activity in Pennsylvania and the reception of the Henkel books there. A letter to Paul Henkel mentions family news and the visit of Henkel's brother. The collection also contains Biblical citations (for a sermon?), a death and burial notice for Paul Henkel, a marriage license for Hannah R. Henkel, and a legal notice for the trade of three slave children.
