In the process of Role and Scope planning, the Vice President for Academic Affairs contracted with outside academicians to make on-site visits to the four campuses; interview students, faculty and administrators; evaluate the programs and weaknesses and strengths of the schools and departments; and make recommendations for program development and/or curtailment on the four campuses in accordance with objectives, accomplishments (to that time) and resources. These records are copies of evaluation team reports, etc.
