"Evans an appreciation" original manuscript, 1903.

An original unpublished manuscript of Shaw's appreciation for Frederick Henry Evans. Handwritten by Shaw with corrections attributed to his wife, Charlotte. Eighteen pages long, each mounted within a larger page allowing both sides of the original paper to be seen. Bound in green leather, with several blank pages at the end. Marbled end papers. Loose letter from Harry Mushlin to Mr. Burgunder, dated 1957, explains why he thinks the corrections were made by Charlotte.
