An sit concedendum tempus gratiae descendentibus ab his qui dicunt maiores per vim fuisse conversos : manuscript, between 1840 and 1909.

19th-century copy of Chapter XXIII of a 16th- or 17th-century manuscript held by the Biblioteca Ambrosiana (H. 221 Inf.) titled Domini Guidonis Fulcodii de quibusdam dubiis in negotio Inquisitionis concilium or De tempore gratiae quod ab heresi ad Catholicam redeuntibus interdum concedi solet, compiled by Peña for Cardinal Ferdinando Taverna (1558-1619) while Taverna was governor of Rome (1599-1604). The chapter concerns the history and status of Jews and their conversion in Spain and Portugal into the 16th century, concluding with the papacies of Clement VII and Paul III. The 19th-century copy was originally in a bound notebook in poor condition and is now disbound.
