William Cassius Goodloe, chairman, Republican State Executive Committee of Kentucky, sends a printed card to chairmen of local Republican Committees (card is addressed to Mr. L. Hoglan, Shepherdsville, Ky.). The local chairman is requested to forward a list of the County Republican Committee to the State Executive Committee.
