The Shonkin District Stock Association was a northcentral Montana cattlemen's association, formed in July 1881 to coordinate roundups, branding, corral construction and maintenance, and breeding. Collection contains copies of minutes (1881-1895), bylaws, constitution, and yearly branding totals. The collection also consists of an unpublished history of the associaiton titled "The Shonkin Stock Association" by John G. Lepley.
