Letter, 1787 Feb. 24, Boston, to Benjamin Lincoln.

The governor writes that he is pleased with Lincoln's efforts "to apprehend the ringleaders of the rebellion," and suggests that James Perry of Easton should be retaken into custody "as he is a very dangerous man."
