Apgar, genealogical inquiries, and newspaper clippings; Deats family records including personal records of his wife, Eva Taylor Deats, daughter, Helen Deats, and his mother, Elmira Stevenson Deats, and family genealogical, historical, and legal documents; Deats philately papers including correspondence and printed materials concerning stamps and philatelic literature, correspondence between Deats and E.B. Sterling, John N.
