Contains bound volumes from each of the ULCA biennial conventions. Each volume is signed by the president and secretary of the church, and is considered the protocol copy. The proceedings include: the program of the convention; roll of delegates by synod; ULCA directory, constitution and bylaws; reports of officers, elective agencies, committees and commissions; report of Executive Board; minutes; and table of contents/index. The minutes of the first convention (1918) also include the proceedings for the final conventions of the General Synod, General Council and the United Synod of the South of that same year.
