Civil War reminiscences, 1924 June 16.

Consists of the Civil War reminiscences of Guy Wilber Jackson of Dover, Tennessee. He mentions Gen. Nathan Bedford Forrest, the Battle of Fort Donelson, helping a Union soldier desert, trips to Kentucky for supplies after the Union occupation of Stewart County, Tenn., and the attitudes of Union soldiers in the area. Included is a map sketched by Jackson of the area around Fort Donelson and Dover, Tennessee, showing Union encampments, blockades, roads, etc.
