George Lansing ("Lance") Taylor, Jr. is a native Floridian, born in Live Oak, FL. His family moved to Jacksonville when he was six years old. Taylor attended private and public schools in Jacksonville and graduated from the University of North Florida (UNF) in 1974 with a B.A. in Computer Science.
